Eighth Whale is an instrumental rock band from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania that was formed in August of 2009. The group recorded a four-song EP in January of 2010 which can be downloaded on the music page. The absence of a singer gives the instruments a voice of their own, while the careful use of improvisation makes every performance unique.
